Exchange or Return of Goods

1. Returns Eligibility: Customers may request a return for items purchased through our online
platform within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions
must be met:

  • The food item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition
  •  The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers should follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@sizzlingspices.ca within 7 days of
    receiving the order
  • Provide order details, including the order number and item(s) to be returned
  • Our customer service team will provide a return authorization and instructions for
    packaging and shipping the item(s) back

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) to our designated
return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is
received. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is
due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item

4. Inspection and Refunds: Once the returned item(s) are received, our team will inspect the item(s)
to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated above. If the return is approved, a refund will be
issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take
additional time for the refund to appear on the customer's account, depending on the payment provider

5. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for food items due to the nature of our products.
Customers interested in exchanging a food item for another product should follow the return
process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that a customer receives a damaged or incorrect
food item, they should contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We
may request photographic evidence of the damage or error to facilitate the resolution process.
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or online credit

7. Quality Assurance: We take the quality of our food products seriously. If a customer believes that
a food item they received is of substandard quality, they should contact our customer service team
within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request details and, if applicable, photographs to
assess the issue. We will work with the customer to find a suitable solution, which may include a
replacement, refund, or store credit
